Fantasy Gifts ® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. You may pay for your online order with a money order sent to: Fantasy Gifts ®, 4555 West 77th Street, Edina, Minnesota, 55435. Please note: Our credit card processing system requires that you provide the billing address of your credit card. This is designed to protect us and credit card users from possible fraudulent charges. Therefore, we must verify that your address and zip code match before we ship any item. Sorry, COD orders are no longer accepted.
Do you use a secure server to process my credit card?
We use SSL encryption, the highest level of security available on the Internet. No credit card number has ever been stolen using this system, and just to be extra safe, we never store your credit card number online.
Why am I having trouble using my credit card?
If you are having trouble getting your card to go through yet you have the funds to cover the cost of your order, please check that your billing address is correct. Our credit card processing system requires that you provide the billing address that your credit card has on file, even if this address is different than your shipping address. This is designed to protect us and credit card users from possible fraudulent charges. Therefore, we must verify that your address and zip code match before we ship any item. Please note: Declined transactions may show up temporarily if you are checking your balance online. This is to show you that there has been an attempt to charge your card. These types of transactions will drop off.
What if I want to return my purchase?
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will accept returns of defective items if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt (exact exchanges only). The defective item must be clean, unused, and with the original packaging, so please test your item before use. Simply call or email us and we will arrange to ship you an exact replacement. Regrettably we cannot credit you the cost of shipping, however, we will ship your replacement at no charge.
