- Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped discreetly by United Parcel Service (UPS) in plain packaging bearing the return address of "FHG, Inc."
UPS shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 2:00pm EST should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Next Day orders placed after 2:00pm CST on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
At this time Fantasy Gifts ® only ships within the Contiguous United States.
If you live in Minnesota and have placed a Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air order please note: Orders shipped within the state of Minnesota will usually arrive the next business day, even if shipped using UPS Ground service. Packages never take more than two business days to arrive within the state. Please contact us if you’d like to change your shipping option.
In Store Pick-Up (Minnesota Locations Only): If you select In Store Pick-Up as your shipping option, please send us an email with your name, order number, and the store location you would like to retrieve your order from. In store pick-up orders can only be processed during office hours (M-F 9 am – 5 pm CST) so orders usually take 1-2 business days to arrive. A confirmation email will be sent out when your items are ready to be picked up.

Not only do we maintain the privacy of your financial information, we also maintain your personal privacy. Fantasy Gifts does not sell or give your name to any other company or vendor. We will never send you an unsolicited email.
We do not do any telephone solicitations. We will only contact you if there is a question or problem about your order. If you are not home when we call we will leave a message saying FHG Company has a question about your Internet order. We may also contact the holder of a credit card to verify the legitimacy of an order.
- Returns & Replacements
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will accept returns of defective items if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt (exact exchanges only). The defective item must be clean, unused, and with the original packaging, so please test your item before use. Simply call or email us and we will arrange to ship you an exact replacement.
- Ordering
In order to purchase from Fantasy Gifts ®, you must be at least eighteen years of age. At this time Fantasy Gifts ® only ships within the Contiguous United States. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. All customers are responsible for making sure their purchases comply with their state laws. Alabama customers certify that their purchases are for medical, scientific, educational, legislative, judicial, or law enforcement purposes. We are restricted from shipping explicit (not educational) DVDs and Blu-ray discs to Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tennessee and Utah.
If you have special delivery concerns such as "do not leave with neighbor" , "deliver to manager's office if no answer", etc...in most cases we will be happy to note it on the package, however, the delivery person makes the final decision about whether or not to leave a package. Each carrier has their own policies and we must abide by them. By requesting unattended delivery, you are accepting full responsibility should the package be stolen when left per your instructions. High value packages will always require a signature for release. Other packages may also require signature. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concern about your ability to sign for a package when it is delivered.

- Fantasy Gifts ® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. You may pay for your online order with a money order sent to: Fantasy Gifts ®, 4555 West 77th Street, Edina, Minnesota, 55435. Please note: Our credit card processing system requires that you provide the billing address of your credit card. This is designed to protect us and credit card users from possible fraudulent charges. Therefore, we must verify that your address and zip code match before we ship any item. Sorry, COD orders are no longer accepted.
