This past weekend was Pride and I was out on Saturday and had a fabulous time meeting everyone and hearing your comments about FG and especially how much folks liked our selection and prices. I have to admit it was nice getting compliments about our commercials and our stores and how pleasant it is shopping at FG. We have always worked to have the best in our stores and that means the best of everything not just a limited selection from a few suppliers. Much like any product out there, there are more and less expensive items and FG will continue to carry both so you the customer are free to chose what works for you.
We have new items in all a large variety of materials coming in now and going out to the stores, Many companies in response to the hyperbole over materials have created newer and less expensive blends and silicone versions of their best selling toys. So now you can have an easier to clean dildo at a more reasonable price.
When it comes to customer service we have created a resource guide for all of our employees and have created the resource pages on this website. when you come into the store we will ask you if you have any questions, point out the new items and be available for questions if needed.
Our home parties are run by a long time employee who knows her stuff and can not only sell Fg products but can teach why a particular item was designed and why/how it is designed to be used. We also bring everything to the party so you and your guests can go home that night with your purchases, no waiting. On the home party note, she was talking about prostate toys and usually when she brings them out to the crowd the guys right away state that they are not gay, even as she explains that enjoying prostate stimulation and stronger orgasms are not a gay exclusive concept, but judging from the sheer volume of these toys we sell the message is getting thru in private if not in public. We know that not everyone is yet comfortable talking about sex toys and thats okay we won’t push but if you are thats great.
When new products go out to the stores that have features or something so unique we send out information not only for our employees but also for you. Each new item also has that information on our web page.
We know that there is a ton of articles in print and on the web and it can be difficult to wade thru so we will do our best to wade thru all the hype and get the correct information to you.
